Jesus School now has the great honor of being approved to accept international students! We are so expectant for all that the Lord is going to do as the nations gather together in His presence, worship Him and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to share the love of the Gospel with the world!
Fore more information regarding the M-1 Visa application process, please refer to this link.
Apply for Jesus School and pay the application fee. Ask your references to fill in the reference forms online. After your application, your references, and your application fee have been received, you will have an interview. If you are accepted into the school, you will receive an email requesting information for your Form I-20. All accepted international students will need a valid Form I-20 to apply for their M-1 Visa. Per SEVIS guidelines, I-20 forms will begin processing no sooner than six months prior to the start date of the term you applied for at Jesus School. All Form I-20’s are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Please allow a minimum of 30 days for your Form I-20 to be completed. You will receive a notification when it has been issued. The current status of your Form I-20 can be found on your profile page. After receiving the I-20, you'll complete Form DS-160 and pay the visa application fee.
After you receive your Form I-20, please be sure to pay the SEVIS fee for your I-901. This allows your M-1 application activity to be tracked and is required prior to entering the United States. Below is the link to make your SEVIS fee payment.
After you have received your Form I-20 and have paid your SEVIS fee, please contact your local American Embassy and schedule your M-1 Visa appointment. Canadian citizens are exempt from this step. Once you schedule your visa appointment, please email the Jesus School DSO to receive your official acceptance/travel letter. Canadian citizens will need to send the DSO their travel itinerary to receive their Official acceptance/travel letter. The following documents are required to bring with you to your M-1 Visa appointment: Passport, Form I-20, Printed Proof of Funds, Receipt from paying your, SEVIS fee, and Official Acceptance/Travel Letter from the Jesus School DSO.
All international students may arrive in the United States no more than 30 days prior to the initial start date of classes. The following documents are required upon entry into the United States: Passport, Form I-20, Valid M-1 Visa, Valid Driver's License, and driving record in English if you intend to drive (this will help reduce the cost for driver's insurance). All international students need to send their travel itinerary to the Designated School Official prior to departing their home country!
Before you leave for the United States, please familiarize yourself with the documents you will or could need when you arrive. It is also a good idea to make at least two sets of copies of these documents: one copy to leave with your family before you depart and one copy to give to your school officials.
Required documents include your: Passport, Visa, and Form I-20.
*We suggest having a copy of your acceptance letter, proof of financial ability, and any other supporting documentation with you just in case the Customs and Border Protection officer asks for them.
*We highly encourage you to carry your original travel documents on you at all times while traveling. Please do not put them in your checked baggage. For more information on traveling to the United States, visit the Getting to the United States page.
International Students must have either a valid (not expired) Drivers License from their country or a valid Florida Drivers License to drive in Florida. For more information please refer to the links provided.
"I would do it all over again, leave everything behind and travel across continents to attend Jesus School. Being in an environment where His presence dwells, surrounded by people who love Jesus, hearing His Word daily, and serving in His house has genuinely changed my life. Through this experience and all my encounters with the Lord, I have come to know Him more deeply, which has deepened my love for Him and renewed my first love. My time at Jesus School has grounded me in Jesus and helped me discover who God has called me to be. I know this experience will serve as a beautiful foundation for my future. I’m truly thankful to be here!"
“Pastor Michael taught us that every wound leads to the heart. I had an encounter with the Lord during my first year. He showed me His wounds. He told me that He has not given something created for me, but He, the Creator Himself, gave His life on the cross for me. Since that day, I couldn’t see Jesus with the same eyes. I asked for His love and He showed me the cross. He has shown me who He is. I’m thankful for this house and Pastor Michael and Jessica for leading us to the feet of Jesus.“
"Coming to Jesus School feels like a dream I didn’t know I was always dreaming. And the precious thing is, Jesus didn’t call me to Orlando to simply be a part of this incredible school, but He has brought me and so many other students here, to Himself. It is truly all about Jesus. To come face to face with The One True Living God. I am grateful that He would allow me to say yes to Him in this way. My life has been changed. He truly feeds the hungry with Himself. I am also so grateful for Pastor Michael, Pastor Jess, Ryan, Amy, their families and every leader pouring into us. They carry the Bridal love of Jesus, the fear of the Lord, purity and Christ’s humility. I am grateful for our shepherds. This is a place where we are encouraged to die with Christ, be buried and be raised with Him, daily. To daily deny ourselves and pick up our crosses. To go after The Lord unapologetically because He has given us His very own life. To be in a place where our pursuit is Christ Jesus and Him crucified. I will never be the same."
“I am so thankful for this place and forever indebted. The way our leaders steward the presence of the Lord is amazing, daily we have the opportunity to come into a room where Jesus is welcomed. Coming to Jesus School, I have learned how to go through pain with Jesus by beholding the Cross. This was the very place where I found Jesus, the Man of sorrows. I now have a greater understanding of how intimate and close I could come to the Lord. Seeing Jesus became the most important thing. By beholding the Cross my heart was healed.”
“The Lord called me to Jesus School two months before school started. With all the application process I had one month to get all the visa process done, find a place to stay in Orlando and organize everything back home in Germany. I wasn’t even sure if I would be able to get out of my contract with my job in time. And I was struggling. But the Lord made everything work out - providing me a home, gifting me with a cheap flight and even giving me a week to just breathe before I started this new chapter of my life with him. Arriving here in the US he surrounded me with a new family that kept me and cared for me among and beyond what I could have wished for. I truly experienced the Lord as my provider in my journey coming and being here.”
