Fore more information regarding the M-1 Visa application process, please refer to this link.
Apply for Jesus School and pay the application fee. Ask your references to fill in the reference forms online. After your application, your references, and your application fee have been received, you will have an interview. If you are accepted into the school, you will need to pay your deposit to receive your I-20 form to apply for your M-1 visa. Per SEVIS guidelines, I-20s will begin processing no sooner than six months prior to the start of the term you applied for at Jesus School. All I-20s are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Please allow a minimum of 30 days for your I-20 to be completed. You will receive a notification when it has been issued. The current status of your I-20 can be found on your profile page. Link for M-1 Visa Application
After you receive your I-20 form, be sure to pay the SEVIS fee for your I-901. This allows your M-1 application activity to be tracked, and is required for entering the country. Below is the link to see and make a payment for your SEVIS fee. PAY SEVIS
After you have received your I-20 and have paid your SEVIS fee, please make an appointment with the American Embassy in your country to get your M-1 visa. Canadians are exempt from this step. The following documents are required, so please be sure to bring them with you to your appointment: Passport I-20 form Proof of funds for the year (amount needed is printed on your I-20 form) Receipt from the payment for your I-901 form (SEVIS fee)
All International students are required to pay their full tuition by the International Payment Deadline. Without the payment you will not be able to register. Upon acceptance, the $500 tuition deposit fee will be due. All tuition fees for international students must be paid in full by the international payment deadline date as we are unable to offer any installment plans for internationals. The international payment deadline is August 27th, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST. Non-registration may result in your M-1 Visa status being withdrawn, which will require you to return to your home country.
You may arrive in the United States no more than 30 days before the first day of school. The following documents are required when you enter the country: Passport I-20 form with M-1 visa notation Proof of funds for the year (amount needed is printed on your I-20 form) Driving record in English from your country if you intend to drive (this helps keep your driver’s insurance low)
International Students must have either a valid (not expired) Drivers License from their country or a valid Florida Drivers License to drive in Florida. For more information please refer to the links provided.
"I would do it all over again, leave everything behind and travel across continents to attend Jesus School. Being in an environment where His presence dwells, surrounded by people who love Jesus, hearing His Word daily, and serving in His house has genuinely changed my life. Through this experience and all my encounters with the Lord, I have come to know Him more deeply, which has deepened my love for Him and renewed my first love. My time at Jesus School has grounded me in Jesus and helped me discover who God has called me to be. I know this experience will serve as a beautiful foundation for my future. I’m truly thankful to be here!"
"Coming to Jesus School feels like a dream I didn’t know I was always dreaming. And the precious thing is, Jesus didn’t call me to Orlando to simply be a part of this incredible school, but He has brought me and so many other students here, to Himself. It is truly all about Jesus. To come face to face with The One True Living God. I am grateful that He would allow me to say yes to Him in this way. My life has been changed. He truly feeds the hungry with Himself. I am also so grateful for Pastor Michael, Pastor Jess, Ryan, Amy, their families and every leader pouring into us. They carry the Bridal love of Jesus, the fear of the Lord, purity and Christ’s humility. I am grateful for our shepherds. This is a place where we are encouraged to die with Christ, be buried and be raised with Him, daily. To daily deny ourselves and pick up our crosses. To go after The Lord unapologetically because He has given us His very own life. To be in a place where our pursuit is Christ Jesus and Him crucified. I will never be the same."
“Pastor Michael taught us that every wound leads to the heart. I had an encounter with the Lord during my first year. He showed me His wounds. He told me that He has not given something created for me, but He, the Creator Himself, gave His life on the cross for me. Since that day, I couldn’t see Jesus with the same eyes. I asked for His love and He showed me the cross. He has shown me who He is. I’m thankful for this house and Pastor Michael and Jessica for leading us to the feet of Jesus.“
“Coming to Jesus school was and is life-changing. One of the things that I’ve learned and that was modeled for us so beautifully by the leadership is what it means to be a servant. My whole life I heard how I should serve but never how to become a servant like Jesus. Diving deep in the Word looking after Jesus from Genesis to Revelation, the fear of the Lord came over me ruining me for nothing else but Him and His perfect will.”
“The Lord called me to Jesus School two months before school started. With all the application process I had one month to get all the visa process done, find a place to stay in Orlando and organize everything back home in Germany. I wasn’t even sure if I would be able to get out of my contract with my job in time. And I was struggling. But the Lord made everything work out - providing me a home, gifting me with a cheap flight and even giving me a week to just breathe before I started this new chapter of my life with him. Arriving here in the US he surrounded me with a new family that kept me and cared for me among and beyond what I could have wished for. I truly experienced the Lord as my provider in my journey coming and being here.”
